1. Application before your ERASMUS period:
The whole application procedure with deadlines and the necessary documentation is described here:
A detailed step-by-step guide is also available.
If you already know the application process, you can access the system directly here.
Please note that hardcopy applications should never be submitted, and e-mai applications are not accepted either.
Whenever you have questions regarding any of the courses or programs, contact the institutes directly. In any such enquiry, please clearly identify yourself and your sending university, be straightforward and focused on what you are uncertain about. Our academic staff have a high working load and administartion requirements, so please limit your communication to what is really essential.
2. Documents to complete before departing home:
You bring this document with you from your sending institution and have it validated by your coordinator before returning home. Your university might require a proof of arrival, too, to be validated upon your arrival at the receiving university. These documents will be signed and stamped for you and returned to you during the contact hours of the Faculty coordinator.
Learning Agreement is the official contract signed by three parties: you, your host institution and your home instituiton. It contains your personal details, everyone's contact details, your program details and your choosen courses. This is where we officially record all your courses with ECTS credits and do any necessary amendment to your program. All changes need to be accepted and approvved by all parties' signature.
This document is filled in and validated by your host university coordinator. This is the official proof that you not only started your Erasmus studies at the host institution but you also completed it. It gives detailed information on the type of learning (with physical presence, hibrid or online) and also prooves the actual arrival and leaving date of the host country.
Trancript of Records
This document is produced for you through the Neptun electronic studies system you will have access to as you enrol. In some special cases, Transcript is released by your coordinator after you have completed your courses in Pécs. This is the official proof of your completed studies. It contains all your completed courses, your final marks and your average as well.
