Stipendium Hungaricum

The Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme is a Hungarian governmental scholarship programme which has started in 2013. The aim of this program is to offer study and scholarships opportunities for foreign students from certain countries in the frame of the Hungarian Government’s foreign policy of "Opening to the East and the South". The countries included in the program need to have a valid bilateral educational cooperation plan signed by the Hungarian Government and the relevant ministry of the specific country responsible for education. Programs include full BA/BSc, MA/MSc, one-tier full courses and PhD studies in Hungarian state accredited higher education institutions.

The Programme is managed and handled by Tempus Public Foundation. Every academic year the number of outstanding students increases exponentially who can begin their studies in Hungary in the framework of the Stipendium Hungaricum Programme.
